Development of the "La Florence" district resulting from the Localized Neighborhood Plan (PLQ) proposing the establishment of nine rental buildings and shops in Geneva. Integration of the whole district in its context and close environment, while enhancing the different connections with the public or semi-public spaces that surround it
It thus becomes a center of reception and distribution of the soft mobility that crosses it. An open central space, which hosts a large pool, connects the entire district with the schools and communication routes that surround it.
A small, more intimate square provides shade and freshness through its vegetation.
Major trees and native shrubs have been planted throughout the site, creating “vegetative waves” and recreating the original landscape quality of the site.
