Arfolia, Landscape Architect of the Pictet de Rochemont Campus in Geneva
On September 21, 2023, more than 130 guests attended the ceremony of laying the first stone of the Pictet Campus in Rochemont at the heart of the Praille Acacias Vernets (PAV) urban planning project. This project affirms the Pictet Group's commitment to sustainable development and innovation. Our office of landscape architects in Geneva, which defends these same values of sustainability and innovation, is responsible for developing the exterior developments of the Campus by integrating BIM technology.
The Pictet Campus in Rochemont is designed to be one of the most eco-responsible real estate complexes in Europe, embodying the long-term vision of the Pictet group and its deep attachment to Geneva since 1805. It asserts itself as a project of avant-garde, combining architecture and landscaping. The building, designed with a long-term vision, incorporates cutting-edge technologies to minimize its environmental impact. With 23 floors, it offers panoramic views while promoting optimal use of natural light and air. Meticulously planned green and wooded spaces are one of the elements of this sustainable approach. Our landscape architects have integrated numerous plantations, thus creating a plant landscape which fits harmoniously into the renaturization project of the Drize.
BIM modeling implemented by our landscape architecture office allows precise management of resources, thus optimizing the efficiency of landscaping.
Overall, the Pictet Campus in Rochemont sets a new standard in urban development, demonstrating that carefully considered design can go hand in hand with an eco-responsible approach, creating a balance between architectural innovation and preservation. of the environment.
