New technologies at the service of the environment

We are equipped with the latest state-of-the-art technologies for carrying out topographic surveys, such as terrestrial or aerial LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging), which is a remote sensing system that uses lasers to measure the distance between an object and a sensor, which which allows us to obtain precise data on the topography, vegetation and other characteristics of the terrain. This technology allows us to produce highly accurate digital models of the site, providing accurate height and positioning data.

We also use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial data analysis and the creation of detailed maps of the study area. This mapping allows us to have an updated overview of the ecological and environmental characteristics of the area, in order to better understand the environmental and social issues of the territory.

By working in close collaboration with complementary partners, particularly in ecology and urban planning, we are able to provide tailor-made tools for each territory, taking into account specific issues.
